Load fasteners adhesive side up (sharp side up) and firmly seat into
fastener magazine.
Do not remove fasteners from the shipping container. Store in container, remove strips as needed. Store fasteners at room temperature.
Keep box closed to prevent dust & dirt from contaminating contents.
Adjust machine for length of fastener being used.
Do not handle fastener strips excessively. Remove from shipping
container carefully and insert into machine.
Four fastener lengths are available. Be sure to use the correct size for your application.
Clean dirt/glue/gum accumulations with a solvent such as lacquer thinner or acetone.
Avoid contaminating fastener strips with oil as this could cause the
fasteners to loosen from the adhesive.
Check with machine manufacturer or distributor for proper lubrication and cleaning instructions. Generally keep fastener driver and magazine ways clean and free from dirt and sticky residue.
Keep fasteners away from moisture to avoid rusting.
Rotate inventory. Use the oldest fasteners first. For further information
