Terms : C.O.D or Credit Card - We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Please note UPS and Fedex charge a C.O.D. fee.
Returns : No returns will be accepted by VNAIL.com unless prior return authorization has been granted. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns subject to a 15% restock charge. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from receipt of goods.
Shipments : All shipments are F.O.B. Bohemia N.Y. unless otherwise stated. If specific instructions are not given we will use our discretion.
Contract Purchasing : For those of you who can commit to purchase over 2000 boxes per year, please call for a special quote.
Miscellaneous : UPS COD charge will be added to all UPS COD shipments. There is a $20.00 charge to your account each time a NSF is processed. Please be advised we have a mimimum order of $35.00 You may mix and match for quantity discounts! A $ 3.00 fee will be added to all orders under $35.00
